The Fancy House

The Fancy House is a detached luxury holiday cottage, with views looking out over farmland and towards the sea. It sits in a quiet corner of Plas Lligwy farm, a traditional working farm that spans over 300 acres including 90 acres of woodland which teem with wildlife. Originally coachman’s accommodation, The Fancy House is a lovely property that has been tastefully renovated into a light, modern and roomy cottage. It offers a true home from home for a self catering holiday on Anglesey.

This cottage sleeps up to five people in two upstairs bedrooms, one double and one triple (three single beds). Its airy, modern bathroom is located downstairs. Relax in the cosy timber panelled lounge and enjoy the view out to the garden and beyond. French doors lead out from the lounge onto a small private patio with barbecue and into a sheltered, enclosed garden. The Fancy House’s pleasant, hand-crafted kitchen / diner is well equipped and, like the lounge, offers access to the garden and patio.

Guests are welcome to make use of Plas Lligwy’s shared games room. This is located behind Ty Coed and houses a table tennis table, pool table and table football, popular with families during their stays.

The Fancy House is a peaceful haven for holidays on Anglesey and an ideal base for getting away from it all.
